Step 1
Fill a large pot halfway with cold water. Place it over high heat and bring to a boil.

Shuck the corn by removing the husks and silky strings.
Step 3
Add the corn to the boiling water.
Step 4
Cover and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until done.
Step 5
Transfer the corn to a serving platter.
Step 6
Serve with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
