Step 1

Put 1/2 tbsp peanut butter between two Nilla Wafers and continue until you have 24 cookie "sandwiches".

Step 2

Use a knife to scrape excess peanut butter off the sides

Step 3

Add vegetable oil to white chocolate chips and melt over stove with a double boiler or by using a bowl placed over the top of a saucepan (see below for more detailed instructions on melting chocolate

Step 4

Dip cookies in chocolate and place on wax paper

Step 5

Immediately top with sprinkles (do this before the chocolate hardens)

Step 6

Melt red candy melts in microwave or over stove

Step 7

Drizzle over cookies

Step 8

Repeat with green candy melts

Step 9
