Are you kidding me cake recipe is the stuff of legend. It&#39;s so good, people will think you&#39;re kidding when you tell them how easy it is to make. But we&#39;re not kidding - this cake is super simple to whip up, and it always comes out moist and delicious.

Large eggs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, and beat on high until completely combined.

Spread the mixture into an even layer in the bottom of a well-greased 9x13 baking dish.

Bake for 35-45 minutes until browned and cooked through.

I made a chocolate ganache and swirled it on top....DELICIOUS.

The cake&#039;s texture is soft and creamy, while the taste is rich and tangy, with a subtle sweetness that is perfectly balanced

3 Ingredient Yogurt Cake

pure vanilla extract (optional)

cornstarch

Note: This cake can be made with vanilla yogurt or any flavored yogurt like coconut. The cake will turn out sweeter if the yogurt is flavored. You can also add 1/4 cup of sugar to the plain yogurt if you don&#39;t want a lower-sugar option.

Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).

In a bowl, add the yogurt and eggs. Whisk well.

Add the pure vanilla extract and cornstarch. Whisk again until the batter is completely smooth.

Pour it into a lined loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let it cool and top with fresh berries, maple syrup, or honey! Enjoy.

I have made this a few times and it comes out great!! For those who are looking for an actual sweet cake, this is not it. By its own right it is a cake with less fat, calories and sweetness. I have had it with the product Skinny sugar free caramel, frozen and thawed fruit and/or honey. This product is for those of us who may want something sweet but without all of the calories. For those who have lost a lot of weight this product was eaten for some every day.

I hate baking but this makes it so easy and healthy (made it so many times now)
