Our 5 Minute Strawberry Jello Salad is a classic dessert--and so easy to whip up. Great for a holidays, a pot luck, or taking to a work party.

5 Minute Strawberry Jello Salad Recipe

Cool Whip (thawed)

strawberry jello

fat free cottage cheese

strawberries (sliced)

banana (sliced)

Spoon the Cool Whip and the powdered (unprepared) Jello in a large mixing bowl and whisk until they are well blended and most of the Jello dissolves into the Cool Whip.  

Next, fold in the cottage cheese, strawberries, and bananas.  

Store in refrigerator until you are ready to eat.

How to Make Strawberry Jello Fluff Salad

This Cucumber Dill Salad recipe is a fresh, no-cook side dish that’s ready in minutes. Crisp cucumbers, a simple tangy dressing and plenty of dill make this salad the perfect balance to rich or creamy meals. Easy, reliable and always on rotation.

Cucumber Dill Salad

Lebanese (short/Persian) cucumbers, finely sliced (see note 1)

olive oil

tbsp apple cider vinegar vinegar

½ tsp white (granulated) sugar (optional, see note 2)

sea salt flakes

¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (see note 3)

Combine – Place the cucumber in a bowl. Add the olive oil, vinegar, sugar (if using), salt and pepper.

Toss – Gently mix to coat.

Finish and serve – Stir through the dill. Serve immediately or chill.
