Add cake mix and 1 large box Jell-O lemon pudding mix into a large bowl

Add eggs, and beat well.

Add Wesson oil, 7 Up - Stir to combine.

Pour in a greased bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Allow to cool and top with glaze.

7UP Pound Cake

¾ lb. (3 sticks) salted butter,

white sugar

eggs,

(360 grams) all-purpose flour

lemon zest ((from about 2 lemons))

7UP soda

lemon juice ((or more, as necessary))

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 12-13 minutes). Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. Gradually add flour and lemon zest, mixing just until everything is combined. Fold in 7-Up.

Pour batter into a well-greased Bundt cake pan.

Bake for 70-80 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean). Cool in the pan for about 15-20 minutes, and then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake is cool, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Add extra lemon juice (1 teaspoon at a time), just until the glaze is thin enough to drizzle over the cake. If the glaze is too thin, add a little bit of powdered sugar until it reaches the desired consistency. Drizzle glaze over cake.

(5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding

vegetable oil

(12 oz) can 7Up

all-purpose flour

(20 oz) can crushed pineapple ((do not drain))

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.

Place the cake mix, instant pudding, 4 eggs, vegetable oil, and 7Up in a large bowl. Whisk until ingredients are combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

For the cake:

In a medium saucepan, whisk together the flour, sugar, and pineapple + its juices. Place over medium heat.

Bring to a simmer, then add the eggs and melted butter, whisking constantly so the eggs don’t scramble. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in the coconut.

Pour the frosting over the still-warm cake, and let cool completely before slicing. The frosting will firm up as it cools.

Preheat oven to 325F degrees. Spray 10-inch bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray (that has flour in it) or grease and flour bundt pan.

In a medium bowl, combine 1 box&#32;yellow cake mix, 4 ounce&#32;small box instant lemon pudding, 3/4 cup&#32;7-Up soda, 4 large&#32;eggs and 3/4 cup&#32;vegetable oil.

Mix until thoroughly combined.

Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.

Bake for about 35-45 minutes (until inserted toothpick or fork comes out clean). Allow to cool completely, then remove from bundt pan and place on a cake plate.

Start preparing icing. In a small bowl, combine 2 cups&#32;powdered sugar, 1 Tablespoon&#32;fresh lemon juice and lemon zest from one lemon. Add 1-2 Tablespoons&#32;milk in slowly until you&#39;ve reached desired consistency. I personally like it a bit on the thicker side.

Then slowly pour it over the cooled cake.

Allow it to sit for a bit to set up (it won&#39;t harden up fully like a frosting) then slice and serve.

So moist and delicious and my church group loved it!

I've made this so many times, my daughter loves it! could you use heavy cream in place of the milk?!

I will say between my partner and myself this is excellent and so easy to make. Right now I'm in the process of making it again. Sometimes I like to tweak recipes just to see what this or that does it taste like... so I add a little lemon juice to the mixture and then I use zest and lemon juice for the icing ... oh yeah and 2 boxes of pudding...
