cc de mélange d'épices du trappeur de Terres Exotiques

J'ai reçu pour Noel une nouvelle meilleure amie: l'Actifry de SEB ! Voici une de mes premières recettes avec son aide ! Celle ci est également réalisable en cocotte.

Placer le poulet dans l'Actifry ou dans une cocotte sans ajout de matières grasses pour 10 minutes de cuisson.

Pendant ce temps laver les petites PDT, et couper en deux les trop grosses afin qu'elles soient toutes du même calibre.

Ajouter les PDT et la cc d'épices du trapeur (ou toute autre épice: cumin, paprika, curry, etc...) et continuer la cuisson pendant 25 minutes.

Gambas à l´ail actifry

500 g de gambas crue non décortiquées congelées

gousses d´ail

Persil hâché

cuillère Actifry d'huile d'olive

poivre

un filet d'huile d'olive

Mettre les gambas avec l'ail émincé, le persil et la 1/2 cuillère d'huile d'olive. Programmer 20 minutes.

Mettre les gambas dans une grande assiette, poivrer, saler, arroser d'un petit filet d´huile d'olive.
