asparagus (wooden ends trimmed)

kosher salt (optional)

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Remove the woody ends from the stalks.&nbsp;

Add asparagus to the basket of your air fryer. Lightly spritz/spray with olive oil.

Cook for 7 minutes, or until they have reached your desired level of crispy.

&nbsp;Sprinkle finished asparagus with a pinch of sea salt. Serve immediately.

This air fryer asparagus recipe requires just a handful of simple ingredients and takes only 10 minutes to make! Add trimmed asparagus spears to a rectangular baking dish then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and garlic salt. Toss to evenly coat then place spears inside the Air Fryer basket and air fry for 3 minutes. Stir asparagus using tongs then continue to air fry until the asparagus spears are crisp-tender, 1-2 more minutes, depending on how thin or thick the stalks are. Note: stalks will continue to soften slightly after cooking so be sure to not over-cook. Serve immediately.

Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus.

Add asparagus, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat.

Place asparagus spears in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir the asparagus and continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes longer or until tender.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
