An easy way to make air fryer sweet potato cubes that pairs with virtually any dinner!

Easy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes

sweet potato (or two medium ones)

olive oil

brown sugar (optional)

salt

parsley

Preheat the air fryer to 400F.

Peel and slice the sweet potato into ½ inch cubes, you should have about 2-2 ½ cups sweet potato cubes.

Place them into a large mixing bowl, drizzle with oil and sprinkle seasonings, then toss to combine.

Add the cubed sweet potatoes to an air fryer basket or tray and cook for 8-10 minutes, rotating them halfway through cooking.

Sprinkle parsley and serve warm.

I’ve been making this maybe once a week for the last month they come out nice and crispy soft in the inside we usually have this with salmon. Thank you for the great recipe.
