This Air Fryer Cheesecake is so good, you could eat the whole thing at one sitting. And, because it is made in the Air Fryer,  it&#039;s quick and easy, and you don&#039;t even need to turn on the oven.

Air Fryer Twix Cheesecake

Flour

Powdered Sugar

½ sticks Butter (melted)

oz Cream Cheese (softened)

Lemon

Eggs

Heavy Cream

Jello Instant Cheesecake Pudding (3 oz size)

Sugar

Caramel Ice Cream Topping

Chocolate Almond Bark (Melting Chocolate)

Add the flour and powdered sugar in a bowl and blend well.  Melt the butter in the microwave, and pour into the flour/powdered sugar mixture.  Stir the butter into the flour. 

Line the bottom of a 7 inch Spring-form pan with Parchment paper and press the flour mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan. 

Place the pan in the Air Fryer at 350 degrees, and set the time for six minutes. 

Crust

While the crust is baking, place the softened cream cheese in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, and blend until smooth. 

Add the lemon juice, and eggs, and mix just until the eggs are blended.  Add the heavy cream to the Instant pudding, and mix until smooth.

Add the pudding to the mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar and mix on low until smooth. 

Scrape down the sides of the bowl, and mix until completely blended. Remove the pan from the Air Fryer and pour the cheesecake mixture into the Springform pan.  Set the time for 55 minutes, and bake the cheesecake at 350 degrees.

After about 10 minutes, open the Air Fryer, and cover the cheesecake loosely with foil. Place it back in the Air Fryer and finish cooking. 

When the cheesecake is done, leave it in the Air Fryer for 30 minutes, (with the Air Fryer turned off) and then remove the cheesecake. Place it on a wire rack to cool.

When the cheesecake is cooled, cover with foil, and place in the refrigerator to set up overnight for the best results. The next day, remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator,  spoon the caramel topping on top, and place it back in the refrigerator. 

Cheesecake

Place the heavy cream in a dish, and heat in the microwave, just until hot. Do not boil.  Place  three squares of Chocolate Almond Bark in the hot cream, and stir to melt the chocolate.  If  the chocolate doesn&#039;t completely melt, place it back in the microwave for 15 seconds, and stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.  

Remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator and remove the springform from the pan. Place the cheesecake on a serving plate.

Pour the hot Ganache (melted chocolate) over the cheesecake and allow it to run down the sides, and onto the serving plate.  Place the cheesecake back in the refrigerator to set the chocolate a bit and until time to serve.  Serve on dessert plates, and Enjoy!

Topping

This easy and classic Air Fryer Cheesecake Recipe is made with cream cheese, condensed milk, butter, graham crackers, and a delicious cherry topping.

Air Fryer Cheesecake Recipe

graham crackers

oz sweetened condensed milk

butter

eggs

vanilla

oz cream cheese (room temperature)

cherry pie filling

Take the graham crackers and add them to a food processor. Continue to blend and pulse until they are finely crushed. Place into a small mixing bowl.

Add the melted butter to the graham crackers and mix until fully combined. Set aside.

Add butter to the bottom and sides of the 7&quot; Springform pan. Place a piece of parchment paper on the bottom of the pan.

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the pan. Use a spoon to press the graham cracker crust down firmly.

In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or a stand mixer on medium speed to blend the room temperature cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Add the eggs, condensed milk, and vanilla to the cream cheese and blend on medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth. About 2 minutes.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust. It will fill almost completely up to the rim of the 7&quot; cheesecake pan.

Carefully place the springform pan into the basket of the Air Fryer. (You do not preheat the Air Fryer for this recipe).

Bake in the Air Fryer at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-22 minutes, or until the center is no longer jiggling. (It will still wiggle, but won&#039;t be a wet jiggle.) If needed, continue to add 2 minutes increments at 300 degrees Fahrenheit until the center is perfect.

Carefully remove the springform pan from the Air Fryer basket and allow it to chill in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or overnight.

Once chilled, carefully remove the circular sides of the springform pan and place the cheesecake on a serving platter. Top with the cherry pie filling just before slicing and serving.

This Air Fryer Cheesecake is super easy to make and incredibly delicious. The texture is amazingly creamy. This recipe yields a 7-inch cheesecake.

Air Fryer New York Cheesecake

graham cracker crumbs

tbsp unsalted butter, melted

tbsp sugar

salt

oz cream cheese, softened

sugar

tbsp all-purpose flour

sour cream

lemon juice

tsp vanilla extract

Line the bottom of a 7-inch (18cm) springform pan with parchment paper. Either line the sides with parchment paper as well or grease with a bit of butter or nonstick spray. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and salt and stir until the crumbs are evenly moist. Then, transfer the crumbs to the prepared pan and press the crust into the bottom, using the base of a flat-bottomed cup. Bake in the air fryer at 275°F (135°C) for 10 minutes. Remove the crust from the air fryer and let cool until ready to fill. Keep the air fryer running at this temperature until you are done with preparing the filling.

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer fitted with a whisk or paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and flour just until combined and no lumps remain about 1-2 minutes. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla and stir just to combine, 30 to 60 seconds. Then, add the eggs, one at a time, and mix just until incorporated, about 30 seconds after each egg. Scrape down the bowl before you add the last egg. Do not overmix at any step.

Pour the filling into the prebaked crust and spread evenly. Place in the air fryer and bake at 275°F (135°C) for 20 minutes, then, without removing the cheesecake from the air fryer or opening the air fryer basket, lower the temperature to 240°F (115°C) and bake additional 40 minutes.

When the time is up, turn off the air fryer and let the basket closed for 30 minutes. Then, remove the cake from the air fryer and let it cool to room temperature for about 2-3 hours. Once cooled, refrigerate the cake overnight for at least 8 hours. Before serving, remove the cake from the pan, cut, and serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.

Air Fryer Cheesecake

Creamy air fryer cheesecake is so decadent and flavorful you won’t want to share it! Top it with whipped cream, cherry pie filling, or caramel for a dessert to impress your family.

graham cracker crumbs ((150 grams))

unsalted butter (melted)

(8-ounce 227 grams) blocks cream cheese (softened)

sugar ((133 grams))

eggs (room temperature)

sour cream (room temperature, (120 grams))

vanilla extract

Lightly grease a 7- to 8-inch springform pan.

Combine the cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl, and stir together until the crumbs feel like wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the greased pan. (Do not press up the sides.) Freeze while making the filling.

For the Crust:

Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add the sugar and beat until combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until each are well incorporated, stopping to scape down the sides of the bowl occasionally. Add the sour cream and vanilla, and beat just until smooth.

Pour the cheesecake filling over the frozen crust, then gently tap the pan several times on the counter to remove any large air bubbles.

Carefully place the pan in the air fryer basket.

Air fry on the Bake setting at 300°F until the center barely wobbles, about 20 minutes. If needed, continue cooking 2 minutes intervals until the cheesecake is done.

Once the cheesecake is done, turn off the air fryer, crack the air fryer basket, and let it cool for 30 minutes.

Remove the pan from the basket and cool completely on a wire rack. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve each slice with fresh fruit and whipped cream or cherry pie filling.
