These beef enchiladas are filled with seasoned beef and cheese, and then topped with red chile enchilada sauce and more cheese. They&#x27;re super easy to make in the air fryer.

Air Fryer Enchiladas with Beef Filling

In a medium bowl, combine the enchilada sauce with 1 cup of the meat.

Add 2 or 3 spoonfuls of the sauce mixture to the bottom of a baking pan that will fit in your air fryer and spread it out to cover the bottom of the pan.

Microwave the tortillas for 15 seconds to make them pliable.

Add about 2 tablespoons of the meat to each tortilla. Top with a little bit of cheese and roll the tortilla up around the filling. Place in the pan, seam side down.
