Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower Mash -- It&#39;s time to give that humble, albeit divisive vegetable of ours a makeover! With this Air-Fryer roasted cauliflower recipe you will be able to enjoy the best side dish without any pesky carbs.

Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower Mash

cauliflower florets

heavy cream

gouda

butter

blakc pepper

garlic powder

salt

salt and pepper

Dice your cauliflower into florets.

Toss the diced cauliflower, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Toss to coat, pour the coated cauliflower into the air fryer, and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 15 to 18 minutes. Shake the basket several times during the cooking process.

Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer.

Pour your roasted cauliflower, butter, heavy cream, gouda, bacon, salt, and black pepper, and blend until smooth and creamy.  Garnish with crumbled bacon and parsley right before serving.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Start by melting the butter, once that is melted, cut the lobster with kitchen scissors, right through the tail section. Then with your fingers, break the shell and pull back the shell.

Note: Be careful, the shells if very sharp, once you start breaking them.

Brush your lobster tails with butter, add some salt and pepper, then air fry at 380 degrees for 4 minutes, and then add melted butter, and air fry for another 2 minutes.

Serve with additional butter.

Make Chicken Kabobs in the Air Fryer in minutes for tender, flavorful results. Easier than grilling, they&#039;re perfectly cooked every time!

Chicken Kabobs in the Air Fryer

lemon

honey

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

oregano

teaspon black pepper

chicken breast

tabllespoon parsley (diced)

Combine marinade ingredients (Lemon juice, honey, balsamic vinegar,oregano, garlic powder,salt and pepper in a large bowl or ziploc bag.

On a cutting board cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Transfer cubes to marinade and place the bowl covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. It can also marinate overnight.

Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees after the chicken has marinated.

While Air Fryer is preheating, prepare the chicken skewers. Add approximately 4 chicken cubes to each skewer.

 When the Air Fryer is hot  spray or brush the tray with olive oil and place the chicken skewers in a single layer on the tray. Cook the skewers at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, flip and cook for 5 more minutes..

Serve immediately and garnish with fresh chopped parsley! Enjoy!
