Air Fryer Nachos

(90 grams) tortilla chips

(350 grams) ground beef chili (cooked)

(160 grams) shredded cheese

Fill the air fryer basket to one-third full with tortilla chips.

Top with half the ground beef chili and cheese.

Top with more nachos to about two-thirds of the way full.

Top with remaining cooked chili and cheese.

Cook at 350F / 180C for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Remove from air fryer and serve.

Air fry the nachos at 390° for 4-5 minutes. Check the chips after 3 minutes to prevent burning.

Use your foil or parchment paper sling to easily lift the nachos out of the basket and onto a serving vessel.

Top with your favorite nacho condiments like salsa, avocado, and fresh cilantro.

Place the tortilla chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket making sure to overlap the chips so there are no gaps between them.

Top the chips with half of the cheese and whites of the green onion.

Add another layer of chips. Top with remaining cheese, green onions, jalapenos, and black olives (if using).

Place in the air fryer to 320°F and cook the nachos for 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Remove from the basket and top with diced tomatoes.

Serve with salsa and sour cream.

Put mine on foil so I could slip them out onto a plate. So delicious!!

Totally awesome and super simple! They will be my go to snack/meal from now on.

First I want to say that I trust all of your recipes.  This was so easy to scale to servings.  You want nachos for one or two?  Easy.  Speaking of easy, cleanup was a breeze.  Totally adaptable to tastes. The temp and time were spot on!  Thank you again for a last minute idea sent to my inbox exactly at the time I needed it.
