Step aside frozen pizza, there's a new guy in town. We're talking about the Air Fryer Pizza! Perfectly crispy, easy to make, personal pan pizzas that are about to revolutionize pizza night.

Air Fryer Pizza

Buffalo mozzarella

Pizza dough (1 12-inch dough will make 2 personal sized pizzas)

Olive oil

Tomato sauce

Optional toppings to finish: fresh basil, parmesan cheese, pepper flakes

Prep: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray air fryer basket well with oil. Pat mozzarella dry with paper towels (to prevent a soggy pizza).

Assemble: Roll out pizza dough to the size of your air fryer basket. Carefully transfer it to the air fryer, then brush lightly with a teaspoon or so of olive oil. Spoon on a light layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle with chunks of buffalo mozzarella.

Bake: For about 7 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese has melted. Optionally top with basil, grated parmesan, and pepper flakes just before serving.

pita or naan bread (*If you are gf, make sure its gluten free)

T pizza sauce

c mozzerella cheese (shredded)

T olives (halved)

If your pizza dough or pita is frozen, warm the dough for 2-3 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Top the pita with pizza sauce.

Add cheese to your air fryer pizza.Add olives (or other toppings) to your air fryer pizza.

Put the pizza into the air fryer basket (carefully!)

Bake at 350 degrees F for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Let stand for 1-2 minutes. Top with basil and ENJOY!

Toppings- When crust is golden brown, carefully add your pizza sauce, spreading across the crust, cheese, and other toppings. Return the basket to the air fryer, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Watch carefully to make sure you cheese gets golden and doesn&#39;t overcook.

Use premade pizza dough to make this better than delivery pizza right in your air fryer! This recipe makes two individual pizzas that are ready to eat in minutes.

Bell pepper (sliced)

Cilantro (chopped)

Paneer (small cubes)

Yogurt (thick)

Garam Masala

Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder)

Kashmiri Red Chili powder

Mix all the ingredients mentioned for Tandoori Paneer in a bowl.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place naans on the baking tray and apply sauce on each and spread evenly. Spread a little mozzarella on the two naans.&nbsp;

Place the paneer cubes (mixed with yogurt and spices) on the two naans. Next start spreading the red onions, bell peppers and grape tomatoes.

Next spread an even layer of mozzarella on top of the veggies. Optionally, sprinkle some feta cheese on top. Finally add some chopped cilantro.&nbsp;

Air Fryer: Cook on 350F for 8-10 minutes. Start checking after 7 minutes and crisp to your preference.&nbsp;

Oven: Preheat oven to 400F.&nbsp;Bake for about 10 – 15 mins or until the cheese melts.&nbsp;If you like, you can broil for 2-3 minutes for a crisper cheese finish. When the cheese has melted, they are ready to pull out and enjoy!

Top with chili flakes and enjoy!&nbsp;

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Roll crust out really thin (less than ¼ inch). Prick all over with a fork, (this will help it bake flat). Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket. Lift up crust and carefully place in the basket.

Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees F for 1 minute, then flip to the other side and cook an additional minute. (check on the crust after 30 seconds to make sure it hasn’t flipped/folded in half.) Repeat with remaining crusts.

Add toppings to pre-baked crusts. I suggest adding the cheese last, because the pepperoni and lighter toppings may blow off while cooking.

Lower air fryer temp to 370 and cook pizzas for 1-3 minutes or until warmed through and cheese has melted. (You can open the basket to check).

Agree … was very doughy was looking for a crisper crust.  Took a long time at 400 after rolling thin, preheating and a new air frer!!  Sorry, not my cup of tea …

Done this whole thing, including dough &amp; sauce, &amp; the results are yummy!!! Plus, making my own pizza dough means I can have pizzas which fit perfectly in the air fryer!!! Great fun!!!
