Making Air Fryer Ribeye Steak is fast, easy, and delicious. Perfect juicy, medium rare ribeye in your air fryer in just 10-12 minutes! Great for date night in or a quick weeknight meal.

The Best Air Fryer Ribeye Steak Recipe

ribeye steaks (about 16 oz and 1.5 inches in thickness each)

salt

garlic powder

tsp black pepper

Olive oil or avocado oil spray

tbsp Butter (for serving, optional)

parsley (for serving, optional)

Preheat air fryer to 400 for 3 minutes. Season both sides of the steaks with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil, then add the steaks. Lightly spray the top of the steaks.

Air fry for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes for medium rare. Cooking time will also depend on the thickness of the steaks. Use a meat thermometer to cook to your desired level of doneness. For medium rare, they should be removed when they are 130. 

Let the steaks rest tented with foil for 5 minutes. 

Serve topped with a pat of butter and fresh parsley. Enjoy!

I found that this is a great recipe, although I cut the time to about 5 minutes per side.... Absolutely Fabulous!
