Bang Bang Shrimp

Shrimp

cornstarch flour

For the sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce and garlic.

For the shrimp: In a medium bowl or a plastic ziptop bag, toss together the shrimp, cornstarch and salt until the shrimp is coated with the cornstarch or rice flour.

Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket, trying to keep them in as flat a layer as possible. You may want to use a rack, and place half the shrimp in the basket and the other half on the rack.&nbsp;

Spray well with additional oil.&nbsp;

Set the air fryer to 330F and cook for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through and spraying with additional oil.&nbsp;

Remove the shrimp and toss into the bowl with the half sauce. Set the other half of the sauce aside to serve as a dipping sauce.

Put the shrimp back into the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 330F for 4-5 minutes until the sauce has formed a glaze. Serve with the sauce.&nbsp;

panko bread crumbs

McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning

salt and pepper

cooking oil

plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

tbsp Sriracha

sweet chili sauce

Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees.

Season the shrimp with the seasonings.

Place the flour, egg whites, and panko bread crumbs in three separate bowls.

Create a cooking station. Dip the shrimp in the flour, then the egg whites, and the panko bread crumbs last.

When dipping the shrimp in the egg whites, you do not need to submerge the shrimp. Do a light dab so that most of the flour stays on the shrimp. You want the egg white to adhere to the panko crumbs.

Spray the shrimp with cooking oil.

Add the shrimp to the Air Fryer basket. Cook for 4 minutes. Open the basket and flip the shrimp to the other side. Cook for an additional 4 minutes or until crisp.

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine.

Start by melting the butter, once that is melted, cut the lobster with kitchen scissors, right through the tail section. Then with your fingers, break the shell and pull back the shell.

Note: Be careful, the shells if very sharp, once you start breaking them.

Brush your lobster tails with butter, add some salt and pepper, then air fry at 380 degrees for 4 minutes, and then add melted butter, and air fry for another 2 minutes.

Serve with additional butter.
