Ounces Amaretto

Ounces Sweet and Sour Mix

Sprite

Cherries and Orange Slices (For Garnish, If Desired)

Fill a large glass with ice.

In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine amaretto and sour mix.

Pour into glass. Top off with Sprite. Garnish with orange slices and cherries if desired.

Perfect Amaretto Sour

(3 tablespoons) amaretto

(1 tablespoon) bourbon whiskey

(2 tablespoons) lemon juice

teaspoon simple syrup or maple syrup

egg white (optional)

Angostura bitters

For the garnish: Cocktail cherry or Luxardo cherry, lemon slice

Add the amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, syrup, egg white, and bitters to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake for 15 seconds.

Add the ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake again for 30 seconds.

Strain the drink into a glass; the foam will collect at the top. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Ingredients
Sweet and Sour Mix:
7 limes
2 lemons
2 cups water
1 cup sugar

1. Juice lemons and limes so that you have 1/2 cup lime juice and 1/2 cup lemon juice.
2. Combine water and sugar over low heat and whisk until the sugar has completely dissolved. Once cooled, add in the lemon and lime juice.
3. Store it in a sealed container for a week or for up to a month in the freezer.

Amaretto Sour:
1 1/2 ounce Amaretto
1 1/2 ounce Sweet and Sour Mix
Lemon Lime Soda

1. Add Amaretto and Sweet and Sour Mix to a glass filled with ice. Stir to combine.
2. Top with Lemon lime soda and enjoy!
