Caramel Apple Magic Bars are easier than apple pie and have an oatmeal crust that will remind you of the BEST apple crisp in a bar cookie! Plus there’s all the chocolate chips, apples, and caramel you can handle!

Caramel Apple Magic Bars

c. butter

c. flour

c. oats

c. brown sugar

c. dehydrated apples (chopped)

c. white chocolate chips

c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

c. shredded coconut

c. walnuts (chopped)

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

apple pie spice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9" x 13" baking pan with aluminum foil, then spray with nonstick baking spray. Set aside.

Cut butter into 8 pieces. Add butter, flour, and brown sugar to food processor. Pulse until it resembles course crumbs. Add oats and pulse to combine.&nbsp;

Press oat crumb mixture into the bottom of prepared baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped apples, white and semi-sweet chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts over the top of baked crust.

Mix sweetened condensed milk and apple pie spice together. Drizzle it evenly over the baking pan. Don't worry about stirring or spreading it.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Watch it close and don't over bake or it will be dry.&nbsp;

Cool. Cut into squares. Serve.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Cookie Mix

Butter, water and egg called

Granny Smith apples (5 medium)

sugar

Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour

butter

oz (from 8-oz package) cold cream cheese

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

In large bowl, mix Crust ingredients with spoon until soft dough forms. Pat in bottom of pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. In medium bowl, toss Filling ingredients. Spread on baked crust.

In medium bowl, place remaining cookie mix pouch. Cut in cold butter and cream cheese, using pastry blender or fork, until mixture is crumbly (do not overmix). Sprinkle over apples. Bake 32 to 37 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender when poked with tip of sharp knife. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.
