Snickers Apple Salad is a dessert fruit salad that is perfect for summer BBQs, get-togethers, and more! Made with fresh fruit, smooth pudding, whipped cream, and crunchy Snickers bars, nobody will be able to get enough of this sweet dessert!

Snickers Apple Salad

heavy whipping cream

sugar

package cream cheese (softened)

apples

full size Snickers candy bars

Optional toppings (choose 1-2:)

Snickers bar (chopped)

Caramel sauce

Chocolate sauce

peanuts

In a medium mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until thickened to the consistency of whipped cream. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with the electric mixer until smooth. Add half of the whipped cream and beat with the mixer until well combined. Fold in the remaining whipped cream and stir until smooth. Set aside.

Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core and seeds. Chop the apples into bite sized chunks and pour into a large mixing bowl.

Unwrap the Snickers bars and chop into small chunks. Add the Snickers pieces to the large mixing bowl with the apples.

Add the cream cheese mixture to the apples and Snickers in the large mixing bowl. Stir together until the apples and Snickers are coated well in the creamy mixture.

Pour the “salad” into a serving bowl and top with items to garnish, such as chopped peanuts, another chopped Snickers bar, or caramel sauce.

Serve immediately.

The perfect autumn fruit salad! It's loaded with crisp, sweet apples, cranberries and walnuts and covered in a rich, cinnamon cream cheese dressing. What's not to love?

Creamy Cinnamon Apple and Walnut Fruit Salad

(8 oz) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened slightly ((light cream

brown sugar

cinnamon

nutmeg

(8 oz) pkg. light sour cream

tsp vanilla extract

water,

lemon

Fishers Walnuts

cranberries

For the dressing:&nbsp;In a mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer, whip together Neufchatel cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg on high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

&nbsp;Add sour cream and vanilla and blend until combined. Chill until ready to serve salad.

For the fruit salad:I n a medium mixing bowl combine water and lemon juice. Dice apples into cubes, while cutting out core, and as your cutting them in batches dump them into the lemon water mixture and let rest about 1 minute then drain on paper towels (this just reduces the browning).&nbsp;

Transfer apples to a bowl along with about 3/4 of the walnuts and 3/4 of the cranberries, and the Neufchatel cheese mixture.&nbsp;

Toss to coat apples evenly. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 of the walnuts and cranberries over top. Keep chilled and serve within an hour for best results*.
