You can make Arby's famous sauce just like they do.&nbsp;

Arby’s Sauce

Water

ketchup

Brown Sugar

White Vinegar

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Paprika

Worcestershire Sauce ((Lea and Perrins))

Salt

Cayenne Pepper

Corn Starch

Place all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 15 - 20 seconds. Pour ingredients into a small saucepan, heat on medium low. Simmer gently for twenty minutes, stirring several times.&nbsp;

After twenty minutes add cornstarch mixture and stir well. When sauce begins to thicken, let simmer on a very low temperature for ten minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. 

Mixture will be similar in thickness to steak sauce. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. This sauce is a nice change on hamburgers or pastrami, and great dipping sauce for hot wings.

Arby’s Beef and Cheddar

apple cider vinegar

Combine the ketchup, water, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl. Stir to combine. Set aside.

Arby’s Red Ranch Sauce

Heat the Cheez Whiz, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese in a small saucepan on low heat until the cheese has melted. Reduce heat to a simmer.

Arby’s Cheese Sauce

Layer slices of roast beef in a nonstick skillet.

Sdd 1 tablespoon of water. Place the lid on the skillet. Turn the heat to medium and allow the beef to steam for 3 to 4 minutes.

In the meantime, slice the onion buns if necessary

Butter the inside of the buns, and toast in a hot skillet.

Build the sandwich by spreading about 1 tablespoon of Arby’s Red Ranch Sauce on the bottom bun. Add 1/4 of the roast beef to each sandwich, and top with Arby’s Cheese Sauce. Cover the sandwich with the top bun.

Arby's Horsey Sauce

mayonnaise

sugar

creamed horseradish (or 2 tablespoons fresh horseradish)

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, creamed horseradish, and salt.  Stir until well combined.  For best flavor allow to rest in a covered container in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.  For optimal results allow to rest overnight before serving.
