Serve in warmed flour or corn tortillas topped with pico de gallo, sliced avocados, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro and/or chopped white or green onions, as desired.&lt;br/&gt;&#160;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;BBQ Shredded Beef:&lt;/b&gt; Combine prepared barbecue sauce&#160;and beef mixture. This recipe can be made in a 6-quart electric pressure cooker. Place beef roast, onion, garlic and 1/2 cup beef broth in pressure cooker. Close and lock pressure cooker lid. Use beef, stew or high-pressure setting on pressure cooker; program 90 minutes on pressure cooker timer. Use quick-release feature to release pressure; carefully remove lid. Continue as directed in Step 3. (This recipe variation was tested in an electric pressure cooker at high altitude. Beef Ramen Noodle Bowl

beef Top Sirloin Steak Boneless, cut 1 inch thick (1 pound)

Cut beef Top Sirloin Steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick strips. Combine beef, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoning&#160;from 1 ramen noodle package. Reserve remaining seasoning from packet for broth; discard second seasoning packet. 

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Stir-fry&#160;half of beef 1 to 2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Repeat with remaining 1 teaspoon oil and beef. Remove from skillet; keep warm. 

Combine water,&#160;onion, garlic, ginger and reserved seasoning from packet in same skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Add noodles. Combine cabbage and 1 tablespoon lime juice in medium bowl; set aside. 

Combine Ground Beef,&#160;green onion, ginger and chili sauce&#160;in medium bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Lightly shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties. 

Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Place patties in skillet; cook 10 to 12 minutes until instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into center registers 160&#176;F, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. 

Meanwhile, combine&#160;peanut butter, hoisin sauce, remaining&#160;1 tablespoon lime juice and&#160;sesame oil in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
