Preheat oven to 425º. Slice each avocado into 8 equally-sized wedges. Wrap each wedge in bacon, cutting bacon if needed. Place on a baking sheet, seam side down.

Bake until&nbsp;bacon is cooked through and crispy,&nbsp;12 to&nbsp;15 minutes.&nbsp;

I made them tonight they are absolutely delicious!! The crispy bacon is so good  with the creamy avocado. I used habanero bacon and if added a nice spiciness to  the dish. I would definitely make it again.

I made those this morning and they were delicious!!!! I could’ve cut the cooking time a bit, but they were still great.
I made some sour cream with sriracha to go with it. Yumm
