This Cheeseburger Casserole is the perfect hearty comfort food dish that is sure to satisfy the whole family. Cheesy, savory and with all the flavors in a cheeseburger, this Cheeseburger Pasta Casserole is sure to become a favorite!

Cheeseburger Casserole

beef

garlic (about 2 cloves)

onion

ketchup

dijon mustard

dill relish (optional)

½ cups rotini pasta (cooked al dente and drained)

petite diced tomatoes (undrained)

bacon (cooked and crumbled or chopped, optional)

colby jack cheese (divided)

heavy cream (half and half can be substituted)

green onions (optional garnish)

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 3 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Brown the ground beef with the onions in a large skillet over medium high heat until cooked through, about 4 to 6 minutes. Add the garlic and cook another minute or two, stirring frequently.

Stir in the ketchup, dijon mustard and relish, mixing thoroughly.  Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from heat. Stir in the diced tomatoes, bacon, 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese and the heavy cream. Mix in the noodles. (If you don&#39;t have room in your skillet, simply combine in the baking dish or large bowl.)

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top in an even layer.

Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until the cheese melts completely and the casserole is heated through.

Serve hot garnished with chopped green onions, optional.

Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole

dill pickle relish

tbsp ketchup

tbsp mustard

cheddar cheese (*shredded)

garlic

cream of mushroom soup

French fries (*24 oz bag)

Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.

Drain fat using a colander and place meat into a 9x13 baking dish.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic, and cream of mushroom soup.

Pour mixture over the ground beef.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of mixture.

Cover the top of the casserole with the french fries.

Bake in a preheated oven, 350 degrees, for about 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve!

This Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is the perfect weeknight meal – it’s easy to put together and everyone will love it. Plus, there’s bacon involved, so you can’t go wrong.

Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Tbsp. ketchup (Sugar free)

Tbsp. Olive oil

Oz. Cream cheese softened

½ lbs. Ground beef

Eggs (Large)

½ C. Onion (chopped)

⅓ C. Heavy whipping cream

Oregano

C. Shredded cheddar cheese

½ C. Dill pickle slices

Worcestershire sauce

½ C. Bacon pieces

Salt and pepper

Heat the oven to 400 degrees, and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Add the olive oil, ground beef and onions to a skillet over medium high heat.

Saute the mixture until the meat is completely cooked through. Drain the excess fat.

Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, cream cheese, oregano, sugar-free ketchup, and salt and pepper to taste. Saute until the cheese has melted and the mixture is well combined.

Spread the meat mixture into the casserole dish.

Whisk together the eggs, 1 cup of the cheese and the heavy whipping cream.

Layer the mixture over the meat in the casserole dish.

Spread a layer of dill pickle slices on top, and then sprinkle the remaining cheese and bacon.

Bake the casserole for 20-25 minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
