Bacon Pea Salad Recipe

bacon

sweet peas (frozen)

½ red onion (diced)

cheddar cheese

mayonnaise

sugar

apple cider vinegar

salt and pepper

Cook bacon. Crumble and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar.

In a large bowl, mix peas, bacon, red onion, and cheddar cheese.

Mix in the dressing with the pea salad. You can serve immediately, but it is best to chill 2 or more hours before serving.

Greek yogurt

hot paprika

Mix yogurt with paprika, salt and pepper.

Put peas, bacon and feta in a large bowl.

Pour yogurt sauce over and stir all of the ingredients.

Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
