This Candied Bacon Wrapped Crackers Recipe is an easy appetizer with crackers sprinkled with brown sugar, wrapped in bacon and oven baked.

Candied Bacon Wrapped Crackers

brown sugar (packed)

cayenne pepper

black pepper

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Cut the bacon strips to wrap around the crackers, doubling the layer on the cracker bottom.

Arrange the bacon wrapped crackers on the rack fitted inside the foil lined baking sheet.

Combine the brown sugar, cayenne pepper and black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture generously over the crackers.

Bake until bacon is browned, about 15 minutes. (Your cooking time may vary depending on your bacon thickness.) Remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes, and turn over crackers using a spatula.

Sprinkle the bacon-topped crackers generously with the brown sugar mixture and return to oven. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 15 more minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven and let the crackers cool for at least 5 minutes. Serve the crackers warm or at room temperature.

Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy! Makes about 2 dozen crackers.

Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Crackers

club crackers

cream cheese (softened)

onion powder

bacon (halved)

Add the onion powder to the softened cream cheese and mix until combined.

Add a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture to the top of the cracker.

Wrap the cracker in a slice of bacon. Continue wrapping the crackers until they are all finished.

Place the bacon wrapped crackers in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.

Air fry the crackers at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-9 minutes or until the bacon is brown and reached your desired level of crispiness.

Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
