These giant pods are a Baileys version of the viral chocolate pod trend. With the addition of Baileys, and an up-sized serving, they're even more decadent and delicious than regular chocolate pods!

milliliters Original Irish Cream

x packet cookie mix

Top N Fill caramel

milk chocolate block

Caramilk chocolate block

Butter, cookie mix

Egg, cookie mix

Step 1

Step 2

Prepare cookie dough mix and press firmly into the muffin tray, bake for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Empty caramel into a separate bowl and whisk until smooth. Add 30ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream to the caramel and gently fold in until silky.

Step 4

Remove cookie dough mix from oven and press down on each cookie dough cup with the back of a spoon. Fill each cup with the Baileys caramel mix and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 5

Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl, then dollop the chocolate on top of each cookie dough cup and spread to completely cover the caramel mix.

Step 6

Melt 2/3 of the Caramilk block and place a smaller dollop on top of the melted milk chocolate. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the two chocolates together. Refrigerate for an hour.
