Ham and Cheese Sliders are such a simple recipe, but they&#039;re perfect for a quick lunch or snack. I am constantly on the hunt for EASY and delicious meals, and I found a new favorite! These Hawaiian Roll Sliders are a great family meal!

Ham and Cheese Sliders (Hawaiian Roll Sliders Recipe)

sweet rolls

Swiss Cheese

honey

Dijon mustard

poppyseed dressing

preheat oven to 350 F

in a separate bowl, combine the Dijon and honey and stir until smooth

place the bottoms of the 9 rolls in a lightly sprayed baking dish

brush each roll with honey Dijon

top each with a slice of ham and then a slice of cheese

brush the inside of each top half of roll with more honey Dijon and place on top of each sandwich

liberally brush the outside of each top with poppyseed dressing.

cover with foil and cook for 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melty

broil for 4 minutes or until rolls are slightly browned/crisped (watch carefully, each oven is different and it is SO easy to burn things in the broiler!)

serve immediately

Hawaiian original rolls

swiss cheese

unsalted butter

shallot,

dijon mustard

brown sugar

worcestershire sauce

salt

poppy seeds, optional

Turkey Sliders Recipe

Hawaiian rolls ((click for homemade recipe!))

turkey

Swiss cheese

unsalted butter ((1 stick))

Worcestershire sauce

everything bagel seasoning

Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch casserole dish with foil and spray the bottom with nonstick spray.

Slice

Without pulling the rolls apart, slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared casserole dish.

Layer

Layer the turkey onto the rolls, and then layer on the cheese.

Place

Place the top half of rolls onto the cheese.

Stir

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stovetop. Once melted, stir in the Dijon, Worcestershire, and everything bagel seasoning.

Brush

Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls. Let the rolls sit for 5 minutes to soak up some of the butter.

Bake

Cover the rolls with foil and bake until they’re warm throughout and the cheese is melted, about 30 to 35 minutes, removing the foil during the last 5 minutes.

I used turkey, ham, pepperoni, and Colby cheese. For the topping, butter, honey mustard, horseradish sauce, and Mrs Dash. Only glitch was I didn't set the timer and the bottoms burned. We had upsid down open face sandwiches😊

These turned out wonderful! Easy and delish.

Used Colby jack in place of swiss, great alternative!

My husband and I both LOVED these, I used havarti cheese instead of swiss (all I had). Turned out perfect, thanks so much!
