Auntie Ellen’s Bata Mochi Recipe

sweet white rice flour (120 g)

coconut milk (or regular milk, 220 ml)

organic sugar (100 g)

butter (30 g)

baking powder

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix together rice flour, baking powder, and sugar in a medium mixing bowl.

Add egg, coconut milk, and melted butter and mix well.

Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish.

Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
