Meal Prep Clean Eating Turkey Chili

lb turkey

extra virgin olive oil

oz crushed tomatoes (with juices)

oz diced tomatoes (with juices)

tomato paste

red bell pepper (diced)

white onion

garlic

oregano

chili powder

paprika

nutmeg

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Bring a large pot to medium heat. Place olive oil, onions, garlic, bell pepper and turkey in the pot. Break up the turkey with a wooden spoon until it is cooked about 5 minutes.

Next add the seasonings and all canned tomatoes to the pot. Stir to combine.

Cover the pot and bring to a simmer then reduce the heat and let the chili cook at a medium-low temperature 25 minutes covered.&nbsp;

Divide the chili into 6 meal prep bowls, about 1 1/2 cups.
