kg Waxy potato,

Milk

ml Cream

cloves

thyme

Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 160C. Line an 28cm square baking tin or a shallow ovenproof dish with greaseproof paper. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices 2mm thick. In a saucepan heat the milk and cream.

Chop the garlic and add to the saucepan with the thyme and salt and pepper. Arrange the potatoes in the dish, overlapping the slices and lightly seasoning each layer. About halfway through the process, pour over half the heated milk mixture, then continue layering with the remaining slices.

Once completed, pour the remaining liquid over the potatoes and sprinkle liberally with the parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven until the potatoes are tender and the top golden brown - about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and serve it straight from the dish.

3 DIY Scalp Scrubs

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Shampoo your hair first to remove any styling products, and then scoop a small amount in the palm of your hand. Apply and work the scrub into your scalp, using a circular motion. Rinse hair thoroughly.

Exfoliating Brown Sugar Scrub for Oily Scalp

Mix salt, lemon juice, and oil together . Then wet your hair and massage the scrub into your scalp. Let it sit for several minutes. Then rinse well and follow with shampoo.

Salt and Olive Oil Scrub for Dry Scalp

Combine all of the ingredients and apply the mixture throughout your hair, focusing on the scalp and roots. Give yourself a couple of minutes to work the scrub into your hair, and enjoy a nice scalp massage to remove the accumulated product and dead skin buildup. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Note: this scrub isn&#039;t recommended for color-treated hair as the baking soda can strip out hair color.
