oz Lavender Honey Simple Syrup

oz lemon juice

oz gin

The Lavender Bee’s Knees.is a spin off the classic cocktail the Bee's Knees,which uses gin, lemon, lavender simple syrup and honey to make a cocktail so good its the "bee's Knees!"

An herbal variation on the classic Bees Knees, this gin cocktail is made with Yellow Chartreuse, honey, and lemon.

Yellowjacket (Gin and Yellow Chartreuse Cocktail)

oz gin ((I used Malfy con Limone))

½ oz Yellow Chartreuse

lemon juice

½ oz honey syrup ((recipe in Notes below))

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it 3/4 with ice.

Shake until chilled, then strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
