Bento Box Lunch Ideas (For School or Work)

recipe zucchini noodle caprese

chicken breast

baby arugula

raspberries and blueberries

recipe tuna salad

gluten-free bread

avocado (sliced)

recipe melon mozzarella salad with basil

cucumber (sliced)

recipe greek salad

recipe hummus

celery (chopped)

recipe smoked salmon pinwheels

baby spinach

recipe watermelon, cucumber, and feta salad

Make and Assemble

Follow each of the individual recipes to make the components. Then assemble and place in the bento boxes.

Collard Wrap Bento Boxes from Delish.com will help you keep your New Year's resolutions.

Collard Wrap Bento Boxes

tbsp. hummus

cucumber,

carrots,

cabbage

avocados,

shredded chicken or sautéed tofu

collard leaves, ribs removed

c. mixed carrot and celery sticks

c. grapes

70% dark chocolate

Spread 1 tablespoon hummus in the middle of each collard leaf. Divide veggies and chicken or tofu among the leaves&nbsp;and gently roll each up into a wrap.&nbsp;

Halve each wrap&nbsp;and serve with bento box additions.

I didn’t know how to sub the chicken so I used quench it was delicious

What could you substitute the cucumber and hummus for?

I was nervous about the collard greens not being cooked but it’s actually good
