The Best Guacamole You'll Ever Eat

avocados

lime, juiced (about 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice)

grape tomatoes, quartered

onion

cilantro

salt, plus more to taste

garlic cloves, finely minced

black pepper

Mash avocado in a medium bowl, but not so much that it becomes overly creamy. You want a mixture between chunky and creamy consistency.

Next add in lime juice, grape tomatoes, diced onion, jalapeno, cilantro and salt and pepper. Give it a stir. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary (add more salt if you like it a little bit saltier!).

Garnish with extra sliced grape tomatoes, cilantro and jalapenos. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!

Easy Fresh Guacamole Recipe

roma tomatoes, diced

garlic, minced (3-4 if you love garlic like me.)

white onion, minced (or diced pending preference)

jalapeno, minced (add 2nd half if you like spice)

3-5 tbsp minced cilantro (or leave this out)

salt

tsp pepper

lime, juiced

Chips

pepitas

fruit (pomegranate, mangos

cotija cheese

black beans

corn (fresh, canned or dried)

salsa

tbsp tajin powder (sub chilli powder)

tsp steak spice seasoning.

Add in spices to your large bowl. Cut up your vegetables saving avocados for the end. Dice the avocados in large chunks and stir altogether slightly mashing avocados.

Only slightly mash avocados as you want to taste test before your final stir/mash just in case you want to add in more spice, seasoning or any other ingredient.
