Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie Shake

of a 16.5-ounce package NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

vanilla light ice creamsoftened

milk

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spoon 4 (2-tablespoon size) balls of cookie dough about 3-inches apart onto the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the remaining dough in heaping teaspoons onto the baking sheet about 1-inch apart.

Bake cookies for 12 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the smaller cookies from the baking sheet to wire rack to cool and bake the remaining 4 larger cookies for 3 more minutes. Cool the larger cookies slightly then use the end of a straw to pierce a hole the width of the straw into the center of each of the 4 large cookies.Reserve for garnish.

Place ice creammilk and all the smaller cookies (crumbled) in blender; cover.Blend for 30 seconds for until combined.Divide among 4 glassestop each with a large cookieinsert straw through the hole in the cookie and serve.

Peach Schnapps

(250 ml) water

(250 ml) sugar

(60 ml) lemon juice

white peaches, pitted and quartered

yellow peaches, pitted and quartered

(750 ml) vodka

In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar, and lemon juice to a boil. Add the peaches. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Let cool.

Pour into a large 2 litres (8 cups) glass jar and add the vodka. Close and refrigerate for about one week. Strain through a fine sieve and discard the peaches.

Serve chilled in schnapps or cocktail glasses.

J'ai laissé le tout dans le frigo 2-3 semaines (par manque de temps pour filtrer!), es-ce normal que la boisson soit devenu ambrée? Es-ce que les pêches peuvent avoir moisi?

J'ai servi ce cocktail ce soir, "veillée sur le perron!" et ça l'a fait fureur. Tous ont émis de bons très commentaires. À refaire avec plaisir !  Merci beaucoup.

Ça se conserve combien de temps? Et au frigo, j'imagine?

est-ce que les pêches pourraient être consommer en dessert sur crème glacé ou gâteau.

est ce que ca se conserve aussi longtemps que de l'alcool qui est vendu au commerce?????
