Confetti Cake Batter Brownies

Confetti/Funfetti cake mix

vegetable oil

milk

rainbow sprinkles

white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 11x9 baking pan with nonstick spray.

Combine cake mix, vegetable oil, egg, and milk into a bowl. Mix with hand mixer.&nbsp;

Add sprinkles and white chocolate chips, continue to mix until all combined.&nbsp;

Spoon batter from bowl into baking pan, sprinkle a few more rainbow sprinkles on top.

Bake 25-30 minutes until your edges are slightly brown.&nbsp; Mine take 26 minutes to be exact.&nbsp;

Since the brownies are very fudgy, please allow them to cool completely or they will fall apart! :)&nbsp; After cooling, cut into brownie square and enjoy!

Birthday Brownies

1-1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar

Cup All Purpose Flour

Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Cup Powdered Sugar

Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Salt

Large Eggs

Butter

Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Cups Powdered Sugar

Tablespoons Milk

Rainbow Sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Add the sugar, flour, cocoa, powdered sugar, chocolate chips and salt to a medium mixing bowl and mix together well.

Add the Eggs, melted butter (cooled), oil and vanilla to a large mixing bowl and mix together well.

Add the dry ingredients from step 1 to the wet ingredients in step 2 and stir carefully until just combined.

Line a greased 8x8&quot; Baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking oil.

Spread the brownie batter into the baking pan evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl add the softened stick of butter and beat until creamy.

In batches (so you don&#x27;t make a mess) add the powdered sugar. Then the vanilla and milk.

Once you have the desired consistency for the frosting spread evenly over the brownie slabs.

Decorate with desired sprinkles then cut into 9 squares.
