Melissa’s Steamed Blackeyed Peas

Organic Bell Pepper (Red) – diced

½ Organic Red Onion – diced

Organic Scallion – trimmed;

Lime – juiced

Seasoned Rice Vinegar

Kosher Salt and

Jalapeño Pepper, seeded and minced

Place all of the ingredients in a bowl, toss and serve.

If you would like a little heat, add some fresh jalapeño pepper or some crushed red pepper.
