A quick and easy recipe, this Blender Salsa is absolutely delicious and done in 5 minutes! The perfect appetizer or snack!

Blender Salsa

can peeled tomatoes ((with their juice))

sweet onion, (rough chopped)

jalapeno, (seeds removed)

garlic

chipotle in adobo ((optional))

lime juice

cumin

sugar

salt

Place the tomatoes, cilantro, onion, jalapeno, garlic, chipotle, lime juice, cumin, sugar, and salt into a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth or to your desired chunkiness. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Place into an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to let the flavors combine. This really makes a difference!

There's a Mexican restaurant in my neighborhood that just opened a couple of years ago. Authentic food. I am not a fan of salsa, the chunky kind. This restaurant makes a blender salsa that is to die for and since Cinco de Mayo is two days away, I am breaking out my blender, dusting it off and making this. I can't wait and I KNOW that it's going to be delicious.
