blue cheese crumbles ((about 4.5 oz))

sour cream

mayonnaise

tbsp buttermilk ((you can get away with milk))

tbsp lemon juice

tsp salt

tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, preferably a couple hours before you want to serve the dip.

Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Rezept Blue Cheese Dip

200 g Blausschimmelkäse (z.B. Bergader Bavaria Blue)

ml Milch

Joghurt

3,5 TL Mayonnaise

Die Zubereitung ist super leicht. Gebe alle Zutaten in einen Mixer oder in eine Schüssel und vermische alles zu einem feinen, aber dickflüssigen Dip. Alternativ kannst du natürlich auch zu einem Pürierstab oder zur Gabel greifen und die Zutaten bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz zerdrücken.

Gebe nach Belieben Gemüsesticks hinzu. Traditionell wird der Dip in den USA mit Selleriestangen und Möhrensticks serviert, aber es passt natürlich auch anderes Rohkost Gemüse dazu.

chicken breast,

romaine lettuce, chopped

Roma tomatoes, finely diced

In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain the chopped on a paper towel-lined plate. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, and ranch dip mix. Set aside.

Assemble the dip in a glass serving dish by spreading the ranch mixture evenly on the bottom.

Top in layers starting with the chopped chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped eggs, green onion, corn kernels, chopped bacon, and bleu cheese crumbles. Let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes up to 2 hours before serving.
