Everyone loves a Brandy Alexander: creamy, sweet and boozy! Mix up this classy dessert drink recipe with brandy and Creme de Cacao. 

Brandy Alexander Cocktail (&amp; More Drinks!)

ounces* Cognac (or other brandy)

white Creme de Cacao

heavy cream

For the garnish: grated fresh nutmeg

Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add 2 handfuls of ice and shake until cold, about 15 seconds. 

Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with grated fresh nutmeg and serve. 

Turn a classic sidecar into a fun fall sidecar with apple brandy and apple cider!  A dash of optional Holiday Pie Bitters completes the whole holiday feel!

Brandy

orange liqueur

lemon juice (fresh squeezed)

apple cider

Holiday Pie Bitters (optional, or other bitters)

Fill a coupe glass with ice to chill.

In a shaker combine apple brandy, orange liqueur, lemon juice, apple cider and a dash of of bitters (if using.)

Fill shaker 3/4 with ice, add a lid and shake for 20-30 seconds.

Dump ice from cocktail glass and pour in strained cocktail.  Garnish with an apple slice.
