This Brazilian Lemonade is crisp and refreshing. It has a unique flavor and texture and makes for a very exciting summer party drink!

Brazilian Lemonade

water

sugar

lime juice (from 5 limes)

Tbsp lime zest (from 1 of the limes)

sweetened condensed milk Ice

Stir together 7 cups cold water with 3/4 cup sugar and set aside.

Add 1 Tbsp lime zest add juice from 5 limes into your blender jar (it's super fast to juice limes if you have a citrus squeezer like this one). Pour 3 cups of your sugar water into the blender (I only add 3 cups at this time so my blender doesn't splash all over the place).

Add 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and frothy. Stir in remaining sugar water and serve over ice.

A delicious and refreshing lemonade that is perfect for the summertime!

In a blender add the whole limes, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and water.

Blend until smooth.

Pour it into a vase using a strainer to remove the chunks of lime.

Add in ice, and serve immediately.

juicy limes, (washed and scrubbed clean)

sugar ((200 grams))

Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

Wash limes thoroughly by, scrubbing the skin with hand or dish soap to remove any pesticides or wax.  Slice off the ends of each lime, then cut them into 1/8ths.  

In a blender, combine half of the water, half of the sugar, and half of the limes, then pulse 5-7 times.  Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing the lime pulp with a spoon to help release juices, then discarding the remaining skins and pulp.  Repeat with the other half of the water, sugar, and limes.

Stir the sweetened condensed milk into the limeade and serve with lots of ice and thin slices of lime for garnish.  If the drink tastes bitter at all, you can add a little extra sweetened condensed milk or sugar as needed.

Brazilian Lemonade is a creamy twist on a classic limeade. This uses fresh limes and lime peels, condensed milk, and ice and water. Simple ingredients and big sweet and tart flavors.

Persian limes (or regular limes) (washed and patted dry)

Wash the limes, and then rinse and pat them dry. This removes excess wax.

Slice the ends off each lime, and then slice into 1/8ths.

Place half of the ice water, half the sugar, and half the limes in the blender. Pulse for about 7-10 times. Then pour through a fine mesh strainer.

Press the mixture in the strainer to remove any more juices.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients in the blender. Then strain.

Once you have your liquid in container, stir in the sweetened condesned milk.

Serve in glasses with ice, and devour.

Close your eyes. Take a Sip of this Brazilian Lemonade. A creamy coconut lime cocktail that will have you feeling like you’re on a mini vacation.

Coconut Rum (to taste (Malibu Rum))

Mix water and sugar, pour half of the this into your blender, add half of the limes. (yes the whole thing, skin and all!) Blend completely.

Place a wire strainer (got to have small holes here!) over your pitcher that you will be serving the drinks in. Pour the mixture over the strainer and catch all of the pulp. 

Discard the pulp.  

Repeat with the other half of the limes and sugar water.

To the lime and sugar water mix, add the sweetened condensed milk and stir. Chill until you're ready to mix up the cocktails, or drink as is as a mocktail, without the rum.

Add rum to your glass of ice, pour drink mixture over and stir.

Garnish with a lime slice and a cocktail umbrella if desired.
