Low-Fodmap Smoked Gouda Quiche Tart With Spinach; Gluten-Free, Vegetarian

canola oil

torn fresh spinach (baby spinach or English spinach)

eggs

coconut cream from canned coconut milk (1/3 cup is one low-FODMAP serving)

pepper

Vegetable shortening,

Crescent Breakfast Tart

crescent dough

c. white cheddar

bacon

kosher salt

black pepper

tbsp. Chopped chives, for garnish

I used an 11x15 inch sheet pan that required 2 of the 8 ounce tubes of crescent dough. I made a diamond lattice with 12 strips of bacon to keep the 8 eggs from merging in the middle. The only thing I would do different is to bake it on the bottom rack to make sure the crust was crisp in the center.

I cut the bacon into smaller pieces.  Delicious and easy recipe!

Easy, fun, experiment with your favorite ingredients: use basic recipe but include asparagus, cambazola cheese, tarragon and truffle oil.

This recipe is simple and delicious!  I would highly recommend it!  We even made it for an easy dinner

This was great I broiled it towards the end to brown the bacon more next time I would cut the bacon into quarters. This was Delish! Thanks
