Seriously delicious brie bites make for the perfect party appetizer!

Brie Bites with Bacon and Asparagus

bacon

asparagus, (about 8 pieces)

lemon

kosher salt

black pepper

wheel (7-ounces) brie cheese

all-purpose flour, (for rolling out dough)

tube (8-ounce) crescent roll dough

Preheat oven.

Cook bacon. Leave grease in skillet.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels and leave a couple tablespoons of bacon fat in the skillet.&nbsp;

Cook asparagus. Season with salt and pepper; remove from skillet and add lemon juice.

Add asparagus to skillet and cook until asparagus is bright green and only slightly tender. Season with salt and pepper then remove from skillet and squeeze lemon juice on top.&nbsp;

Chop bacon and asparagus.

Chop bacon and asparagus into bite-size pieces. Set aside.

Trim rind off brie.

Trim rind off of brie with a sharp knife and then cut brie into small square pieces, about 1-inch wide.

Roll out crescent roll dough. Cut into 24 squares.

On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent dough into a large rectangle. Pinch together any seems that have opened. Cut dough into 24 squares.

Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill each square with brie, bacon, and asparagus.

Spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Place a crescent square into each muffin cup then fill with brie, cooked bacon, and asparagus.

Bake.

Bake until the crescent dough is golden and the cheese is bubbling and melting over, about 15 minutes.

Serve.

A little bit sweet and a little bit tart, these Cranberry Brie Bites are perfect for any holiday party. Only 3 ingredients, you can’t go wrong with this easy appetizer.

Cranberry Brie Bites

(8 oz) tube refrigerated crescent dough

oz brie cheese

whole berry cranberry sauce

Prep

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray 16 cups of a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Open

Open the tube of crescent dough, and separate the dough into 4 rectangles. Gently press the perforations together.

Using a pizza cutter or a knife, cut each rectangle into fourths. Arrange the dough in the prepared muffin cups, making 16 cups.

Fill

Cut the brie into 16 pieces. Place one piece in each of the cups. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce into each cup on top of or to the side of the brie.

Bake

Bake for 10 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Serve

You only need three ingredients for these super easy Crescent Raspberry Brie Bites. The perfect party appetizer, you’ll have these on the table in no time at all.

Crescent Raspberry Brie Bites

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray 16 cups in a mini muffin tin. Set aside.

Separate

Unroll the crescent dough. Separate the dough into 4 rectangles by pinching 2 triangles together to form each rectangle. Slightly flatten out the rectangles.

Cut each rectangle into fourths, making 16 smaller rectangles.

Arrange

Arrange the dough in the mini muffin pan, forming 16 small cups.

Brie

Cut the brie into 16 pieces. (You can remove the rind if you want, but I don’t usually remove it.) Place a piece into each of the crescent cups.

Top each cup with a rounded 1/2 teaspoon of the raspberry jam.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the crescents are golden and the cheese is bubbly.

made these for my nye party and they were a hit!

Flakey puff pastry is stuffed with brie &amp; cranberry sauce then baked until golden &amp; gooey! These baked cranberry brie bites are so easy &amp; the perfect appetizer for Thanksgiving or Christmas! (Great for holiday parties too!)

Baked Cranberry Brie Bites

puff pastry, defrosted

brie cheese (I use a small cheese wheel)

cranberry sauce (store bought or homemade)

pecans (optional)

rosemary

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. (Place your wheel of brie in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for easy cutting.)

Next unroll one sheet of puff pastry and cut the sheet into 16 squares. (I did 4 rows by 4 rows.) Then place each square in your prepared muffin tin.

Take your brie out of the freezer and cut it into cubes. Then place one cube in the center of each muffin tin and spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the top. (Be careful not to add too much sauce. These bites puff up a lot and they&#39;ll spew out everywhere if they&#39;re overfilled.)

Next place your pan in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.

Once done, take the pan out of the oven and let the bites cool for a few minutes. Then run a sharp knife around the edge of each cup and pop them out of the tin.

Garnish with chopped candied pecans &amp; fresh rosemary if desired. Serve immediately!

SO easy and such a hit!! The perfect quick and delicious appetizer or party snack!
