Air Fryer Broccoli is lightly caramelized, crispy, and cooks in just 10 minutes! Adjust the seasonings to your taste, and then serve as a healthy side to all your favorite meals.

Air Fryer Broccoli

broccoli

tbsp extra virgin olive oil

sesame oil (or more olive oil)

garlic powder

tsp salt

black pepper

red pepper flakes

Preheat air fryer at 300 degrees F. Rinse and drain broccoli, transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle with both oils and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and toss to coat.

Transfer broccoli into the basket of air fryer leveling into a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes at 300 degrees F, shaking once at 5 minute mark.

Serve hot with a side of quinoa or brown rice and healthy orange chicken, if you wish.

Store: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Reheat: Reheat air fried broccoli in air fryer at 300 degrees F for 3-4 minutes or until warm.

This air fryer broccoli is a quick and easy side dish! It has perfect crisp edges and a delicious savory flavor.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.

In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil, tamari, and garlic powder. Use your hands to coat the tops of the florets well, or they’ll burn before the stems are tender.

Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer with a little space between each floret. Work in batches if necessary.

Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes or sesame seeds, if desired, and serve hot.
