These loaded burger bowls are filled with classic burger toppings bursting with all the juicy flavor you crave, but none of the bun.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Crumble beef in a large bowl and add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings, then work together with your hands.

Once combined, work the beef into each well of a muffin pan until it forms a bowl. The meat will shrink slightly while cooking so I recommend ensuring the beef raises higher than the lip,

Fill the bowls with the toppings of your choice, such as onion, bacon, and pickles. Then top with cheese.

Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes and serve.

Burger Bowls Recipe With Homemade Special Sauce

barbecue sauce

mayo

pickle juice

Dijon mustard

ketchup

onion powder

smoked paprika

salt and pepper (to taste)

⅓ cup sliced raw red onion

cherry tomatoes (chopped)

bacon (chopped)

In a small bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, pickle juice, and Dijon mustard. Stir well and set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain excess grease on a paper towel–lined plate.

In the same skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat. Add the Dijon mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir well so the spices coat the beef evenly. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Remove from heat.

Chop the romaine lettuce, slice the cherry tomatoes in half, thinly slice the red onion, and cut the pickles into your preferred size.

To assemble the bowls, start with a bed of chopped lettuce. Top with the seasoned ground beef, tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and crumbled bacon.

Drizzle the burger sauce over everything and toss lightly to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Easy, delicious, and a crowd pleaser! My teens down to toddlers loved this meal. I doubled for my large family, and now I wish I’d tripled it for leftovers. So yummy and quick! I’ll definitely make this again.

We loved having this for dinner tonight. Didn't have to fire up the bbq and yet, this Burger Bowl had all the flavor of a summertime burger. We did add some grated cheese as a topping. Yummy!
