These Healthy &amp; Easy Turkey Burgers are easy to make and are packed with so many vegetables! The perfect blend of sweet and savory, these burgers are loaded with flavor. Naturally Paleo, Whole30 when enjoyed bunless and something everyone will enjoy!

Healthy & Easy Turkey Burgers (gluten free, dairy-free)

ground turkey (ground chicken would work too)

tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce

onion

garlic powder (or

carrots

minced bell pepper

black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except oil. Mix with your hands to throughly combine.

Form the mixture into patties and set aside

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once oil is hot, carefully add the patties to the skillet being sure to crowd them (you may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your skillet).

Cook the patties in pan 3-4 minutes per side or until meat is cooked through.

Enjoy warm and with your favorite burger toppings. Perfect on top of a bed of greens, wrapped in lettuce leaves, or on your favorite bun.
