This cajun parmesan salmon from Delish.com is so simple but so flavorful.

Cajun Parmesan Salmon

olive oil

(4-oz.) fillets salmon (preferably wild)

Cajun seasoning, diived

black pepper

butter

garlic,

c. low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth

lemon

honey

tbsp. parsley,

tbsp. Parmesan

Lemon slices,

This was great!  I would not add the extra salt though.

So good. Accidentally used a whole tablespoon of Cajun seasoning in step 1. It was spicy but def a whole vibe.

This is now my all time favorite Salmon recipe.

This was the best salmon I've had in a long long time. 5 stars!

This is the best salmon ever!!!! The only changes I make to the recipe is cook the salmon skin side up for 2 min and skin side down for 6 min or so. I found that skin side up for 6 min is too long. When you take the salmon out the pan take the skin off and cook with the sauce. So amazing!!!!

Cajun Shrimp and Sausage

Lemon (juiced)

Heat a 11 inch skillet on medium heat. When the skillet is hot, add butter. Let the butter melt and then stir in the garlic, paprika, lemon pepper and Cajun seasoning. Mix well.

Add in sausage, and stir to coat the sausage with the butter. Add shrimp and stir well.

Cook for 3-5 minutes until the shrimp has cooked through.

Add in hot sauce and lemon juice, and serve hot.

Buttery Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Recipe

This Easy Jambalaya Recipe is packed with spicy andouille sausage, shredded chicken, sweet shrimp, and of course, plenty of vegetables and rice. It’s the perfect one-pot meal for busy nights!

Easy Jambalaya Recipe

tsp kosher salt, divided

tomato paste

tomatoes

chicken stock

tsp smoked paprika

oregano

bay leaves

thyme

garlic powder

onion powder

quick-cooking brown rice or white rice

Heat a large skillet to a medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add sausage and cook until brown on both sides.

Drizzle in remaining tablespoon of olive oil along with green pepper, celelry, onion, garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Reduce the heat to medium and saute until veggies are slightly softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add in tomato paste. Stir and cooke for 1 minute. Pour in canned tomatoes, chicken stock, remaining salt, smoked paprika, oregano, bay leaves, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, adn rice. Stir to combine everything. Bring the mixture until to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook until rice is cooked all the way through, 15-20 minutes.

Season shrimp with salt and pepper. When the rice is done, add the chicken and shrimp. Stir and then cover. Cook another 4-5 minutes until shrimp is cooked through and pink.
