How to Make Cookies from Cake Mix

Box Cake Mix (any flavor)

Eggs

Vegetable Oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil.

Scoop the dough into balls and drop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake cookies at 350°F for 8-12 minutes.

Let the cookies cool on a cooling rack at least 5 minutes before eating.

Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

cake mix (432 grams, any flavor (1 box))

eggs (100 grams)

vegetable oil (100 grams,

mix-ins (chocolate chips, candies, nuts, etc.)

Combine

In a large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, eggs, and oil.

If using any mix-ins (like chocolate chips), fold them into the batter.

Scoop

Bake

Cool

Let the cookies cool on the pan for at least 5 minutes before eating or moving to a cooling rack.

my 5 year old grandson and I made Carmel carrot cake cookies! they were so yummy! thank you for this recipe!

I made this recipe using a white cake mix, 2 eggs and coconut oil.  I added 3/4 cop walnut pieces and 3/4 cup chocolate chips.  It made amazing light cookies.  I am very pleased.

They were delicious- but was wonder if I could use canola oil instead of tge vegetable oi

We made these with a Fudge Cake recipe by Betty Crocker.  We used 1/2 butter and 1/2 oil to a total of 1/2 cup.  We added semisweet chocolate chips.  Delicious!!

The chocolate  mix recipe is missing something. I made them topped with M&amp;M’s. BUT, the Funfetti mix cookies are YUM! I will be making them over and over!

I tried making them  with apple sauce instead of oil, they came out dry. Next time I will use oil.

Knocked this one out of the PARK! The neighborhood loved them 🤣

Thank you for sharing this recipe! They are hands down the best cookies I've ever made. Added 2 tsp vanilla extract &amp; some red / white sprinkles to a box of the Valentine's Funfetti,for an almond sugar cookie flavor, yums!

Wow!  These cookies were sooo good!  I just used a cheap box of cake mix from the dollar store, and all I had were medium eggs (not large like the recipe called for.)  I tossed in some slivered almonds, and I baked for 9 min in a preheated oven.  They came out slightly gooey in the middle, YUM!!  Not alot gooey, just a little bit!
