These deliciously sweet blondies are made with a doctored-up cake mix and loaded with sprinkles. A perfect treat that's fun for a party or a special lunchbox goodie.

Cake Mix Blondies

box (15 oz.) yellow cake mix

vegetable oil

milk

vanilla extract

rainbow sprinkles, (plus more to top if desired)

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix together cake mix, vegetable oil, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. The batter should be well mixed but it will be stiff.

Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan and spread evenly with a rubber spatula. If desired, spread more sprinkles on top of batter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting blondies into 9 squares.

Cake Mix Butterscotch Cookie Bars are my lifesaver, quick and easy, "mom I need two dozen cookies tonight" cookie recipe! They only take a few minutes to make, and I bet you already have all the ingredients in your pantry and your fridge! They're chewy, moist, and incredibly addicting!

Cake Mix Butterscotch Bar Cookies

vanilla, cake mix (dry mix only)

eggs

brown sugar

butter (melted)

chocolate chips (semi sweet or milk chocolate)

butterscotch chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a half sheet rimmed baking pan (typically 15 1/2&quot; x 10 1/2&quot;). Set aside.

Melt butter in a microwave safe mixing bowl. Add cake mix, eggs and brown sugar. Mix until combined.

Add chocolate chips and buttersotch chips. Stir until completely incorporated.&nbsp;

Spread batter in prepared baking sheet.&nbsp;

Bake for 18-20 minutes. Watch carefully the last two minutes of baking. The cookies should be golden brown, but don't overbake! If anything error on the side of underbaked!

Cool. Cut in squares. Serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
