Marijuana candy: how to make cannabis lollipops?

235 ml

marijuana tincture.

Step 1

Take a saucepan/pot and place there water, syrup, and sugar. Mix that all and turn the heat to medium-high.

Step 2

Stir the ingredients constantly until the mixture becomes uniform and sugar is dissolved. Once it happens and the blend starts boiling, put the thermometer, and monitor until the temperature reaches 150°C.

Step 3

Once the temperature reaches the needed point, turn off the heat and take away the pot/saucepan with the mixture. Leave the thermometer in the pot/saucepan and wait until the temperature drops to 120°C.

Step 4

Once it happens, add the flavor along with the cannabis tincture/oil. Stir all that until the compounds combine.

Step 5

Take the molds and fill them with the blend. If you wish, you can put sticks to easily remove the candies from the forms. Besides that, lollipops with sticks are more comfortable to lick. Leave the lollipops to cool down. 15-20 minutes will be enough. That’s all!

Caution!

It’s highly important to monitor the temperature during all stages of the process of cooking the marijuana lollipops for getting “hard and crack” candies.

This is an easy to follow recipe for making weed lollipops, including how to decarboxylate and how to make a tincture

Weed lollipops

cannabis tincture

food coloring (optional)

corn syrup

tbsp citrus flavoring (or other flavor of your choosing)

Cannabis Lollipops

Cannabis Tincture (or half gram of distillate)

white sugar

flavoring

sucker molds and sticks

candy thermometer

sauce pan

Get all supplies ready, and near your cooking area. Measure out all ingredients before starting.  Add lollipop sticks into the lollipop molds.

In a small sauce pan over high heat, add water, sugar, corn syrup and mix to combine.

Bring the mixture to 300 degrees. Watch it closely, so it doesn't go under or over the desired temperature. Once your mixture is boiling a lot, you can stop stirring and let it reach 300 degrees.

After you hit 300 degrees, remove from heat and let the mixture cool to 250 degrees. Once the mixture is at 250 degrees, add in all the flavoring. Then add the Cannabis Tincture or Distillate in and mix to combine.

Pour the candy mixture into the molds, be careful it is very hot!  Once the mixture is in the candy molds, allow them to sit out for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After 2 hours, I normally stick mine in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Remove the lollipop from the molds. If you can wrap them individually, that is best for storage. I keep them stored in the fridge, but that is optional.  I just prefer cold lollipops! Enjoy!
