Cantaritos are Mexican tequila cocktails served in clay cups! Similar to the Paloma, this drink stars grapefruit soda and citrus.

Cantaritos

ounces* tequila (blanco

orange juice

lemon juice

lime juice

salt

grapefruit soda

If using the traditional clay cup for serving, soak it in cold water for 10 minutes before using. Otherwise, use a highball glass.

Combine the tequila, orange juice, lemon juice and lime juice in the glass with a pinch of salt.

Fill the glass with ice and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with citrus wedges.

A classic Mexican cocktail, this Cantarito recipe features tequila and bubbly grapefruit soda, plus fresh grapefruit, orange, and lime. Cantaritos are a bit tart, a bit sweet, very refreshing, and oh-so-fun!

Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, orange juice, and lime juice, to a glass (see notes below) and stir to combine.

Fill the glass with ice and top with grapefruit soda.

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit, lime, and or orange, and enjoy.

I used a grapefruit spoon &amp; scraped out some of the fruit from the orange (I used a blood orange)  &amp; it was amazing!
