(100 grams) good-quality cocoa powder

(250 milliliters) milk

tsp baking powder

(185 milliliters) Kahlua

(330 grams) caster sugar

eggwhites

unsalted butter, chopped, softened

(200 grams) milk powder

tbs vanilla extract

dark chocolate chips, roughly chopped

cacao nibs

(220 grams) caster sugar

salted butter

(125 milliliters) pure (thin) cream

Using sweetened condensed milk, this caramel drizzle is made in 10 minutes.  It&#039;s an easy treat to drizzle on apples, ice cream, and so much more.

Easy Caramel Drizzle with Sweetened Condensed Milk

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

brown sugar

unsalted butter

salt

vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan, bring condensed milk and brown sugar to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly.  Reduce heat, and simmer (low) for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens. Continue to whisk constantly.

Remove pan from heat and immediately whisk in butter, salt, and pure vanilla extract*.

This super quick two-ingredient caramel drizzle is perfect for caramel drip cakes and cupcake decorations!

Super Easy Caramel Drizzle

(2/3 cup) Kraft Caramel Bits

Heavy Cream

Combine the caramel bits and cream in a microwave-safe bowl.

Heat in the microwave at 30-second increments, stirring well after each heat.  Switch to a whisk once the caramel bits are mostly melted.  Lots of whisking will help the caramel bits melt faster and prevent overcooking.

Pour into a squuze bottle and drizzle onto the sides of cakes or on top of cupcakes.
